SEO: How To Find Directories With Inner Page Rank?

Unfortunately, you will not find any free directories with any internal PageRank. Most paid directories do not have internal PageRank either, except for Yahoo, DMOZ, Business.com and BTOW.

Normally home page of the directories have more page rank, where as the category pages wont have more Pr. Even if they have the pages will ahve a NO-Follow, so the links will not have any importance compared to paid sites where you can have good page rank for the submitted sites.
